Does the terminal have a warranty?
Yes, each device comes with a 12-month limited warranty. This excludes loss and accidental damage. Please contact us for repair information.
What happens if I lose or break my terminal?
If your terminal is lost or damaged, you’ll need to purchase a replacement device. If you're still within your original contract period, you’ll need to continue paying off the remaining balance for that device.
