How to update your password

What is a password?

The default password for voiding transactions on your terminal is 9299.

For security reasons, we strongly recommend updating this to a unique code that is only known to authorised staff.

We suggest you continue to change your password on a regular basis.

How to change your Password

1. Swipe your finger left from the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Select "Settings".
3. Select Change Password.
4. Enter "9299" in the Old Password field.
5. Enter your new passcode in the New Password field.
6. Re-enter the same code in the Confirm Password field.
7. Press Submit/OK to save.

Your passcode is now updated.

I've forgotten my Password

Please have your Atoa administrator contact us via hello@paywithatoa.co.uk. We'll need your merchant name and the serial number of the relevant terminal (see the ten digit code on the back of your device).
