Yes, the limit per transaction is £15,000 due to AML regulation. Anything more would require additional confirmation from the customer's bank, in order to confirm the payment.
Merchants with a specific high-value transaction use case can request their limit per transaction to be increased to £25,000 by emailing hello@paywithatoa.co.uk.
